THE GAZE
I approached systems as invisible design.
My goal was not to add tools, but to remove friction. Every system had to serve a specific purpose within the learner journey: discover a program, apply, schedule a conversation, receive updates, access content, or stay connected with the community.
I viewed each integration as part of a larger experience. When done correctly, users should never notice the systems themselves — only the simplicity of the journey.
THE PROCESS
- 01
The systems were selected based on three criteria: simplicity, reliability, and scalability.
- 02
Rather than building custom solutions for every need, I evaluated existing platforms and integrated the most appropriate tool for each stage of the experience.
- 03
Calendly was implemented to simplify scheduling and eliminate back-and-forth emails. Formspree was selected to manage lead capture and waitlists without requiring a complex backend infrastructure. Learning and communication tools were integrated to support enrollment, onboarding, and ongoing engagement.
- 04
Each system was assessed not only for its functionality, but also for its ability to integrate smoothly into the overall brand experience and operational workflow.
THE RESULT
A connected digital infrastructure supporting lead generation, scheduling, applications, communications, learning delivery, and community engagement. The ecosystem enabled Edacy to manage growing cohorts efficiently while maintaining a smooth user experience.
THE RESONANCE
The result is an ecosystem that feels seamless to users while remaining efficient for the team behind it.
Prospective learners can move naturally from discovery to application, scheduling, communication, and enrollment. The systems operate quietly in the background, reducing administrative overhead and creating a more professional and trustworthy experience.
Technology becomes an enabler rather than an obstacle.
